Cullasaja Falls This is one of several very beautiful waterfalls in Macon County, NC, on US 64. . There is a very narrow overlook with space for no more than two cars accessible when traveling from Franklin toward Highlands. This is the only viewpoint for this fall. Under no circumstance attempt to access this overlook when traveling in the other direction. The road is narrow and heavily traveled with many blind curves. I was fortunate to have this spot all to myself one early morning in October, 1982. |
